Return Policy

Imani Girl Boutique LLC takes great pride in offering our customers the highest quality in the merchandise we offer. To make sure customers are aware of the size of the products ordered, we make sure to list measurements within the product detail.  Because of this, Imani Girl Boutique LLC has a no return policy. 

To make sure items, especially jewelry and apparel, are the appropriate size, please refer to the measurement details. 

For any defective products, please notify Imani Girl Boutique LLC at orders@imanigirlboutique.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. In the subject heading, you will need to state “Defective Merchandise” as well as an attached image of the defective item. The item will need to be returned to Imani Girl Boutique (Address: P.O. Box 951 Spring Hill, TN 37174) in order for Imani Girl Boutique to issue a refund. Note that a refund will not be offered after 5 days of a customer receiving merchandise. 

NO RETURNS ON ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. Fit of apparel and jewelry is NOT considered to be a defect of an item. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returned defective items.
